On June 16, 2026, the 3rd and 6th seminars on multiple group standards hosted by the Unsaturated Polyester Resin Branch of China Synthetic Resin Association were successfully held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.

Zhejiang Longxin Chemical Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the meeting as a core drafting unit of the Group Standard Cobalt Salt Accelerators for Unsaturated Polyester Resins to jointly promote the compilation of industrial standards.

The conference focused on the compilation of five group standards, with in-depth discussions centered on Cobalt Salt Accelerators for Unsaturated Polyester Resins. Combining the preliminary standard drafts, test data and current industrial application conditions, participating organizations conducted item-by-item discussions on core contents including technical indicators, test methods and inspection rules of the standards, sorted out revision directions, supplemented test verification data, and steadily advanced the implementation of the standards.

Cobalt Salt Accelerators for Unsaturated Polyester Resins is the first group standard formulated in the industry. It specifies key technical indicators such as product appearance, cobalt content, moisture and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and unifies requirements for testing, packaging, transportation and storage. The standard will further standardize the production and market order of cobalt salt accelerator products, and improve the overall quality of auxiliary agents matched with unsaturated polyester resins.

As one of the drafting units of the industrial standard, our company has fully participated in all work including standard project initiation, test verification and text revision.
